... announcement came at 0930 today - up to 80 people to go (that's out of a total of 130 staff) - no doubt more information to come (they've promised letters tomorrow - which naturally I won't see until I get home in the evening - such are the hours worked by the "Postmans Pat" these days !!) ... a lunchtime drink seems likely today however. Then Glossop tonight ...and 90 minutes to take one's mind off stuff.
