Consider this ... you go to a restaurant, scan the menu and decide to eat the Sea Bass at a cost of £12.95. The Sea Bass arrives and you start to tuck in. Just as you are about to finish your course, the waiter comes over and says, "By the way the Sea Bass meal does NOT cost £12.95 ... it actually costs £15.95".
How would you feel ???
