Yep -'tis the 'Vegetarian Terrine' - looks really good does it not ... HOWEVER ... both our freezer and 'fridge appear to be working at "Sub-Polar" temperatures - so a (Sunday) night in the freezer followed by the best part of 40 odd hours in the 'fridge ... and it was STILL bloody "semi-freddo" - AAAAARGH !!!
Just about put the tin hat on a thoroughly poo day ...
