Part of the garden project is a "wild life pond" (no koi carp here - not with the herons on the nearby canal !!), and as part of the setup, I raided a pond in the field at the end of our street for some "mud and water" to get a few wrigglies etc to get us going (and I'm pretty sure there were about 4 tadpoles in there as well - but they're a bit camera-shy !). Things are now starting to happen - pics not brilliant (need to do a crash course in macro-photography now !!), but you get the idea ...
