Must admit part way through the second half (when England REALLY were under the cosh) - and the Italians brought on Alessandro Diamanti - I expected the worst (if I had an online betting app, I would have been ready to put money on him scoring the winning goal - being well aware of his time at West Ham - in fact here's one he scored earlier - was praying it wouldn't be pens however - although it did look that England were playing for that ....)
