Mossley v Maine Road ...

... in the Manchester Premier Cup Semi-Final.  A hard-earned 1-0 win for the home side against a very good Maine Road side tonight (I knew it wouldn't be easy !!).  Pics at

Apologies for the paucity of prints - it's been sub-zero all day at work ... and then got colder as the evening went on, despite appropriate clothing (including "double-glazed" gloves !!).  The Final (I'm led to believe) is to be played at Edgeley Park towards the end of March ... and Mossley's opponents will be Salford City who tonight beat Droylsden 1-0 in the other semi.

Now to a warm bed ...
