Some "traditional country dancing" from last night's game ...
Well it was only a friendly but ... you can't complain at nine goals (OK I only saw eight of them - always a problem when the Social Club is closed !). Hopefully it's given the squad a bit of a a "pick-me-up" after the recent run of dismal results - time will tell, starting at Durham on Saturday (a quick chance to put right all the wrongs from last Saturday). Obviously I won't be able to get to Durham - but will await the feedback with interest ... Saturday IS going to be a bit of a nuisance however, because of this damned England match - the only "local game" is Ashton United v Retford - and it's kicking off at 1300 hrs !
